    AIPLA Spring Meeting 2010 in New York City

    Garfield Goodrum reported to the Copyright Committee on the status of its Case Summary Project, which he is coordinating for the Committee. The Committee meeting was scheduled for Thursday, May 6 at 3:30 PM in the Julliard Room, Fifth Floor, at the New York Marriott Marquis.

    Functionality, Egyptian Goddess, and the Point of Novelty: A Non-Obvious Combination

    Perry Saidman spoke about Funtionality dealing with the past Egyptian Goddess case and the recent Richardson v. Stanley Works case. Perry was also a member of the panel discussion, Designs in Recent Court Decisions, which followed his speech.
